Tomato Paste

Ingredients 

12 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of plain butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 glasses of water
half a glass of chicken broth
salt, pepper

Recipe  

Cut the rinsed tomatoes in half and put them in a pot. Add water, salt and pepper and boil for 20 minutes and pass through a colander. 
On the other hand, fry the flour in plain butter and mix the tomato mixture with chicken broth to form a paste.
