5 pieces of chicken drumsticks
1 egg
1.5 cups of cornflakes
Salt
Black pepper
Thyme
1 glass of oil for frying

Clean and rinse the chicken drumsticks and dry them. Crack the egg into a flat bowl and mix it. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Pour the cereal on a flat plate or tray. Heat the oil. Cover the chicken drumsticks first in the egg mixture, then in cornflakes, and fry them on both sides. Take the fried chicken onto a towel to drain the excess oil.
